Hi!

I'm Elizabeth Priest, I'm a news reporter/anchor, currently working in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

I'm a dual Canadian/British citizen; I grew up in Manitoba and moved to Toronto to further my studies. Upon graduating with honors from the Broadcast Journalism program at Seneca College, I moved to British Columbia where I was covering a maternity leave and worked as a news reporter. From there, I moved to Wingham, Ontario, then moved homed to Winnipeg.

I read, write and gather news stories on a daily basis. Attend and report on weekly city council meetings and various events, as well anchor the news on 101.7 The One, Classic Rock 94.5 and CKNX AM 920.

The strongest quality I can offer your station is my story telling ability. As an interviewer, writer and editor, I am able to effectively put together words that really tap my audience on the shoulder. By doing this, I ensure my listeners connect with the news. Also, I am very confident in my performance abilities and am well versed in the technical aspect of producing a news piece.
